Payment & Billing Policies

We offer competitive pricing for all asphalt paving, sealcoating, and maintenance services. To streamline our operations, we have established the following payment policies:

  • Quotes & Estimates: All project quotes are estimates based on initial site evaluations. Additional charges may apply for unforeseen conditions such as sub-surface damage, extensive cracks, or material price fluctuations.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain projects to secure scheduling.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards. Electronic payment options may also be available upon request.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Late payments may be subject to a service fee.

  • Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel or reschedule a project with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations without adequate notice may be subject to a fee.

Failure to make payments in a timely manner may result in legal action or the use of a collections agency.

  • Injury or accidents on newly paved or sealed surfaces before the recommended drying time.

Customers assume responsibility for preventing pedestrian and vehicle traffic during curing periods. Failure to follow post-service guidelines may result in damage outside our liability.
